To place an order, use the Shop button at the top of the webpage to find the categories of products you are looking for. Once you find the products you are looking for, click add to cart and then at the cart you can select proceed to checkout. You will need to create an account if you have not already created one. At the checkout be sure to enter the address you are looking to ship to, and select the type of delivery you are looking for, whether you want the item shipped or to pick-up in store. Then be sure to read our terms and conditions and then complete the payment. Once the payment is completed we will fulfill your order!

If you don't see an item on the website that you are interested in purchasing, be sure to contact info@ubishops.coop to ask about the possibilities of obtaining this product.

If you are getting an error when trying to place your order, try entering in all your information in again to make sure it is all correct. If there is still an issue you may have to check with your credit/debit card provider.

If you selected pick-up in store, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be ready, especially during peak seasons (beginning of the semester). For more information, you can always contact the store via the information in the Contact Us section.

If you made a mistake in your order, be sure to contact info@ubishops.coop to see if anything can be done to fix it.

If you ordered a PDF coursepack, you will receive it by email between 24-72 hours from the Print Shop as the order has to be processed through the store, and then processed through the Print Shop.
